Fred and Marilyn first met at a gas station, where Fred worked. He took an immediate liking to her, and copied her address off of the check she used to pay. Drove over to her house a little while later, and asked Marvin Veenstra for permission to date Marilyn. Somehow or another he managed to receive it, and the rest is, as they say, history...
